Health Insurance Open Enrollment Starts November 1st and ends January 15th. If you sign up after December 15th the plan will start February 1st. The documents needed for new applications are: Social Security Number and Paystubs or last year's tax files, and either a Green card, Work authorization, or Citizenship Certificate.

The documents needed for renewal are paystubs or last year’s tax file.

During Open Enrollment we will be open Seven Days a Week from 9AM to 6PM.

Can I afford Health Insurance? 

• Thanks to recent subsidies, Health Insurance Premiums have come down and it is more affordable than it has ever been. Depending on income level, you might qualify for $0 or very low monthly premiums. Sign up now or contact us with any questions you have. 

  
  

Does my family qualify for Health Insurance? 

• If you are a citizen or lawfully present immigrant you, your spouse, your kids and even your parents may be eligible to sign up for health care. 

When can I sign up for Health Insurance? 

• Anyone can sign up for Health Insurance during the open enrollment period which lasts from November 1 - December 15. 

• If you have recently lost a job, got married, had a baby or moved to a new state, you qualify to enroll in Health Insurance through a Special Enrollment Period. Other major life events may also qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period.
